the right to determine in its sole discretion and based
on the information available (1) what constitutes spam
as well as (2) what measures are necessary in response
to spamming complaints.
ALL VERIFIED SPAM COMPLAINTS ARE SUBJECT TO-(1)Your
Account REMOVED (2) Assistance with any litigation
resulting, example would be assisting by providing your
IP Address to the litigant and our full cooperation with
all State and Local Authorities.
